ELKHART, Ind. — Spearhead Sales & Marketing has scheduled another free luncheon program for sales and marketing executives about accelerating sales growth. It is slated for Wednesday, Jan. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spearhead offices, 223 S. Main St., downtown Elkhart. Executives from Elkhart and St. Joseph counties and across Northern Indiana are invited to register for the event at http://www.sales-habits.com.

The speaker will be Rick Horn, president of Cornucopia Consulting dba The Growth Coach®, a personal achievement and coaching firm located in Northern Indiana. He will cover three topic areas: strategic focus on key relationships; a simple but effective four-step sales process; and developing an effective sales mindset.

The goal is for participants to leave with greater clarity, focus and action steps to grow sales. Takeaways are: a more effective selling mindset, with awareness of limiting beliefs and habits that hold people back and a clear vision of a more empowering state of mind; a simple but very effective sales process that participants can begin using immediately, and can easily teach to others; construction of a list of the top 30 people that participants should be spending time with if they want to develop revenue.

This is the second in a series of programs organized by Spearhead Sales & Marketing as part of its initiative to help companies grow sales and improve economic development in the region. The first part of the series was attended by 28 executives in two different sessions last month, said Chad Root, president of Spearhead.
