I had the pleasure of attending Spearhead’s informative luncheon on the topic of “Planning for Growth.” Chad gives an excellent presentation and elicits comments and questions from attendees at regular intervals. It is immediately apparent that Chad is a true professional with a strong grasp of the challenges faced by many growing businesses. Chad provided a concise, straight-to-the-point analysis of several hurdles encountered when planning for growth and change, followed by a clear system of questions and checkpoints for navigating the process. I felt the presentation was an excellent use of my time and held significant value in refreshing business best-practice tactics. I look forward to attending similar engagements in the future.
