ELKHART, Ind. — The secret to easy and successful lead follow-up is next in a series of business topics presented as a free luncheon program by Spearhead Sales & Marketing of Elkhart. Designed for sales and marketing executives in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties and across Northern Indiana, the program is set for Wednesday, April 18, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spearhead offices, 223 S. Main St., downtown Elkhart.
The speaker will be Chad Root, president of Spearhead. Root holds an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhood School of Management. Prior to founding Spearhead, Root was responsible for business management, sales and marketing at three mid-size manufacturing companies, Fast Heat, Freeman Company and Fremont Die Cut Products. At each organization Root more than doubled sales while increasing gross margin.
The luncheon program will show how to design a follow-up system that doesn’t rely on a person to “make time for it;” also track lead-responses to direct mail, email, and web pages; and set-up automated tasks for marketing, sales and customer service.
Root has successfully implemented this lead follow-up program with a variety of clients. “ I have utilized this system with great success in my personal business and recommended it to many happy clients, both large and small. I am excited to share it with this sales and marketing community,” said Root. Root used this system to close a number of large accounts while working as a sales manager including General Motors and Frigidaire.
Spearhead provides consulting services, presentations and workshops on effective sales and marketing approaches. It has coordinated this ongoing series of free luncheon programs since December to provide “ideas, tools and resources” for area sales and marketing executives.
Executives may register online at http://www.follow-up-process.com.
Lunch will be provided, and again there is no cost or obligation. Questions may be directed to Chad Root at 574-606-4243.
